Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Experience

The other day some friends and I went out to eat at Bonito Michoacan Mexican restaurant, it’s just around the corner from where I live so we go there often. The food is really good and big portions great hangover food. The day we went in was pretty busy so we had to wait a bit for a table, the hostess was nice and kept apologizing for the wait since we are regulars there. Once we got to our table the server got to us quickly and brought us our chips and salsa. Of course as usual we had to have a bloody mary with our lunch to start the day right. There was a table behind us with two young kids that kept us entertained while we waited for our food. After what seem to be forever to get our meal the server finally showed up. Our server then told us there was a mix up in the kitchen so they had to remake one of our dishes. You could tell he felt bad cause he kept saying how sorry he was and offered us a dessert on him for the mix up. After a few minutes the last dish came and was well worth the wait, the steam off the plate give off a great smell. Our server was really nice guy and kept checking up on us making sure we were doing well. After we were all done he came back out with some fried ice cream and once again apologized for the wait and mix up on the food. We all had a good laugh and devoured the fried ice cream. He is one of the many reasons we keep going back there and tell other friends about it. So if you’re ever in west Vegas make sure to stop by and enjoy a great bloody mary and fried ice cream.
